Current Set of PDFs for Drawings and Specs

The intent of the PDF auto-linking feature is to automatically maintain a current set of PDFs for the drawings and specs. As PDFs are uploaded the software prompts you to tell it if it is the most current PDF. By accepting the link that PDF becomes the most current PDF for the specific item in the drawings and specs.

This feature is different from the referencing feature for cross referencing documents.
