Set Permissions for Exporting Full Report

By default, Admins can export full field reports. Project Administrators can additionally configure the Field Reports module to allow other project team members to export full field reports if desired.

To set permissions for exporting field reports

Select Administration > Module Configuration from the right hand navigation panel of the Field Reports module.

In the Field Report Configuration section, select the check boxes for the roles as needed in the Allow Users to Export Full Report field.

Click Save Settings at the bottom of the section to save your changes.
