Download an Attached File

Perform the following steps to download an attachment from a project item.

To download an attached file

View the item by clicking on it in one of the logs.

In the Existing Attachments section, click on the name of the file you want to download.

Follow any prompts presented by your browser to complete the download.

Design/Bid packages and construction phase document packages also include the option to download attachments as a ZIP file. For more information, please see Download All Attachments as a ZIP File.
