Change the Status of a Field Report Item from Action Required to Action Taken

Perform the following steps to update the status of a field report item.

You must be the author or a Design Administrator to update an item’s status.

To update the status of an item from Action Required to Action Taken

Select the next to the field report that includes the item in a Field Reports log.

Scroll down to the Field Report – Items section and click the icon next to the item you want to edit.

Change the Non Conforming Status to Action Taken.

Enter any additional notes as needed in the Description field.

Click Submit.

Once the status is changed, the item is removed from the Action Required list and appears on the Action Taken list.
