Add an Item to a Field Report

Any user can add a field report item (typically photos and notes) to an existing field report.

To add an item to a field report

Click the icon next to the field report you want to add an item to in the Field Reports module.

Scroll to the bottom of the View Field Report page and click Add Photos + Notes.

In the Create New Field Item dialog box, enter a Description for the item and select other information as needed.

Upload attachments (photos) to the item as needed.

Click Submit to add the item to the field report.
