Duplicate Submittal Numbers

Duplicate submittal numbers occur when the submitter clicks the Send button more than once.

To avoid duplicate submittals, ensure that you do not double-click when sending.

Once the Send button is selected the first time, your browser may alert you to the fact that the system is uploading your submittal. If you are using Chrome, you will see a “…waiting for projectcloud.newforma.com” bar at the bottom of the page.
