Receive Automated Emails from Consultants/Reviewers, Engineers, and Owner (Reviewer) when RFI Answer is Completed

There are two options for how Architect users or Project Administrators (Design Team) receive automated emails when a reviewer, engineer, or owner reviewer completes their answer for an RFI.

From the RFI Module Configuration page, the Project Administrator selects the option to receive an email for every consultant review.

From the RFI Module Configuration page, the Project Administrator selects the option to receive a single email when all invited consultants provide an answer.

Enabling an email for every answer increases the quantity of emails received, but lets you know every time a consultant responds.
