Can Markups be Moved or Deleted?

If you are part of the construction team, you can only edit and move markups when the submittal or RFI is in a Draft state. Once you have forwarded the submittal or RFI to the design team the markups are permanently flattened into the PDF and cannot be undone.

If you are part of the design team, you can only edit and move markups when the submittal or RFI is in an Open state. Once you have forwarded the submittal or RFI to the construction team the markups are permanently flattened into the PDF and cannot be undone.

Existing markups for reopened submittals and RFIs remain flattened. They cannot be edited or deleted, although new markups can be created.
