Can Reviewers/Consultants Enter the Submittal Review Status?

Reviewers/Consultants cannot adjust the overall submittal review status. That role is designated to the architect or design team leader. Consultants can only add review comments and upload additional attachments.

Allowing multiple users to enter the review status would cause confusion for the construction team. For example, one reviewer may approve the submittal and one may reject it. Having a single review status controlled by the architect or design team leader makes the review status clear for the construction team.

Reviewers can add their stamp directly to the PDF attachments, but that does not affect the overall submittal review.
