Can an Architect or Design Team Leader Submit an RFI to the Contractor?

Newforma ConstructEx is not configured to allow the architect to submit an RFI to the contractor or owner.

An architect user can create an RFI and send it to a consultant but not in the opposite direction to a contractor.
