Who can Issue Field Reports?

The author of a field report or a design team Project Administrator can issue a field report if they have been granted permission to do so.

The following user roles can issue field reports by default:

Project Administrator (Design)

Architect

The following user roles can be enabled to issue field reports in the Module Configuration:

Reviewers

Project Administrator (Contractor)

Contractor

Subcontractor

Project Administrator (Owner)

Owner (Read-Only)

Owner Reviewer

If the Contractor is enabled to issue field reports, the Project Administrator (Contractor) role can also issue others’ reports. A Project Administrator (Owner), however, cannot issue others’ reports.
