Misspelled Email Address

When a user’s email address is misspelled they will not get their login instructions email. The email should bounce back to the Project Administrator that added them.

There are two options when a user’s email address is misspelled:

Delete them from the project and re-add them with the correct spelling.

Edit the spelling of the user’s email address. The login instructions then need to be resent to the user.

Only Project Administrators can add, edit, and delete users from a project.
