Can Files Within Shared Folders be Cross Referenced?

Files within shared folders cannot be cross referenced (linked) to other items such as submittals and RFIs.

Files cannot be cross referenced because the files are not indexed and are not permanent. For example, if a user linked a CCD to a file within a shared folder and that file is renamed or moved the link would break.
