Status of Submittals

The status of a submittal can be viewed within the Status field for submittals.

A submittal can be in one of seven states listed below. The terminology below may differ if your user roles have been customized.

State 1 – Subcontractor draft

State 2 – Contractor draft. Indicated by icon in logs.

State 3 – Issued to Design Team (Architect). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 4 – Forwarded to Secondary Reviewer (Consultants/Engineers). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 5 – Reviewed by Secondary Reviewer (Consultants/Engineers). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 6 – Returned by Design Team (Architect). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 7 – Closed by the Contractor and viewable by Subcontractors. Indicated by icon in logs.
