Status of RFIs

The status of an RFI can be viewed within the Status field for RFIs.

An RFI can be in one of seven states listed below. The terminology below may differ if your user roles have been customized.

State 1 – Subcontractor draft

State 2 – Contractor draft. Indicated by icon in logs.

State 3 – Issued to Design Team (Architect). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 4 – Forwarded to Secondary Reviewer (Consultants/Engineers). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 5 – Reviewed by Secondary Reviewer (Consultants/Engineers). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 6 – Returned by Design Team (Architect). Indicated by icon in logs.

State 7 – Closed by the Contractor and viewable by Subcontractors. Indicated by icon in logs.
