Update Email Address for User
Any user can update their own email address. Project Administrators can update email addresses for other users.
To update your email address
Click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select My Profile from the list.
On the Edit My Profile page, enter your new email address in the Email Address field.
Scroll down and click Save Changes.
You will receive an email notification at the new address about the change. Confirm the email address change.
To update another user’s email address
You must be a Project Administrator to perform this task.
Click the icon next to the user’s name on the Project Team page.
Enter the new email address in the Email Address field and click Save Changes.
The user receives an email notifcation at the new address about the change. They need to confirm the email address change.
If you try to change a user’s email address but are prevented from doing so, another account with the same email address already exists in the system. Please contact support via the Customer Community to help resolve the issue.
