Move a File Between Shared Folders

If you have the correct access permissions, you can drag and drop a file from one shared folder to another.

You must have Move/Rename/Delete permissions to a shared folder to move files.

To move a file between shared folders

Expand the folder containing the file(s) you want to move so you can see the contents in the right panel of the Shared Folders module.

Use standard Windows selection methods (Shift and Ctrl) to select the file(s)you want to move.

Drag the file(s) to the destination folder in the folder tree panel. The destination folder is highlighted in green.

Drop the file(s) in the folder.
