Edit a User’s Contact Information
Users can edit their own contact information. Project Administrators can edit contact information for other users.
To edit your contact information
Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the interface, then select My Profile.
On the Edit My Profile page, make any changes as needed and select Save Changes.
To edit another user’s contact information
Editing a user’s contact information changes it for all projects they are linked to.
Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the interface, then select Project Team.
Select the icon next to the user’s name on the Project Team page.
On the Edit User Profile page, make any changes as needed and select Save Changes.
If you try to change a user’s email address but are prevented from doing so, another account with the same email address already exists in the system. Please contact support via the Customer Community to help resolve the issue.
