Draft Document Packages for Design, Construction and Owner’s Team

Each team (construction, design, owner) has their own set of draft document packages. This allows for the teams to collectively build a package prior to making it official. Draft packages cannot be viewed by other teams.

Subcontractor and consultant user roles can only save packages as a draft. They cannot issue them to the entire project.

Construction Team Users = Project Administrator (Contractor), Contractor and Subcontractors

Design Team Users = Project Administrator (Design), Architect and Consultants

Owner Team Users = Project Administrator (Owner), Owner Reviewer and Owners

The roles on your project may be different if the role display names are edited.
