Configure Submittal Categories
Submittal categories are available for additional sorting of information. For example, a project with three buildings could have three categories (Building 1, Building 2, Parking Structure). Other uses for categories include different phases or multiple prime contractors.
You must be a Project Administrator to add, edit or delete submittal categories.
An unlimited number of categories can be added.
Any submittal category linked to a submittal cannot be deleted.
To configure submittal categories
Select Administration > Module Configuration from the right navigation panel of the Submittals module.
Scroll down to the Category section of the page and enter the new category in the Add Category field.
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the Category section.
