Track Costs and Schedule Changes

Each individual design/bid and construction phase document package can track the adjustments to the contract sum and schedule.

To track costs and schedule changes

On either the Add a New Document or Add a New Package page, scroll to the bottom and enter the required values in the Adjustment to Project Budget section.

When the package is issued, the software automatically adds the information to the Budget page, accessed via the View Budget Info link on the All Projects page.

The Budget page totals the numbers from each package.
