Set Permissions for Issuing Field Reports

By default, Architects and Project Administrators on the design team can issue field reports. Project Administrators can additionally configure the Field Reports module to allow other project team members to issue field reports if desired.

To set permissions for issuing field reports

Select Administration > Module Configuration from the right hand navigation panel of the Field Reports module.

In the Field Report Configuration section, select the check boxes for the roles as needed in the Allow Users to Issue Field Reports field.

Select the Enable check box in the Allow Consultant/Engineers to Issue Field Reports Directly to Contractors and Owners field to allow reviewers and Project Administrators (Owner) to issue their own field reports. If this option is not selected, reviewers can only save their reports as drafts.

Click Save Settings at the bottom of the section to save your changes.
