Return Subcontractor Draft Submittals as the Contractor

When a subcontractor submits a draft submittal the contractor user role can delete, edit, forward or return the submittal. Use the return option to reject the submittal or return it because it does not require review from the design team.

To return subcontractor draft submittals as the contractor

Click the icon next to the submittal you want to return.

On the Close Submittal page, enter any Final Review Comments and select the Review Status from the dropdown list.

Add any other information as needed. Scroll to the bottom of the Close Submittal page and select Close.

Once the submittal is closed the editing functionality is removed and the submittal is available to all users.
