Notify Multiple Contractors of an Incoming Submittal

As a subcontractor,  you typically send a submittal to a single contractor. However, there may be times when you need to let additional team members know that you are sending the submittal.

In these cases, you can use the Send with Notification option to notify multiple construction team members, including:

Contractors

Construction team Project Administrators (PA-C)

 

To notify additional team members of an incoming submittal

Use the normal add submittal process to create the submittal.

When you are ready to send the submittal, select Notify Additional Contractors:

On the Select Users page, select the Email checkbox for any additional contractors you want to notify.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Send.
