Notify Multiple Contractors of a Draft Submittal as a Contractor

As a contractor, you typically send a submittal to a single member of the design team. However, there may be times when you need to let other construction team members know that a draft submittal is available before it is sent to the design team.

In these cases, you can use the Notify Additional Contractors option on a draft submittal to notify multiple construction team members, including:

Contractors

Construction team Project Administrators (PA-C)

To notify multiple contractors of a draft submittal as a contractor

View a draft submittal.

Click Notify Additional Contractors:

On the Select Users page, select the Email checkbox for all contractors you want to notify.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Send. A notification is sent to the selected contractors. The submittal remains in a draft state.
