Notify Multiple Contractors of an Incoming RFI

As a subcontractor,  you typically send an RFI to a single contractor. However, there may be times when you need to let additional team members know that you are sending the RFI.

In these cases, you can use the Send with Notification option to notify multiple construction team members, including:

Contractors

Construction team Project Administrators (PA-C)

 

To notify additional team members of an incoming RFI

Use the normal add RFI process to create the RFI.

When you are ready to send the RFI, select Notify Additional Contractors:

On the Select Users page, select the Email checkbox for any additional contractors you want to notify.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Send.
