Notify Another Architect or Project Admin (Design) that a Submittal or RFI is Ready for Review

Some project workflows require that multiple users assigned to the Architect or Project Admin (Design) (PAD) role review a submittal or RFI in sequence before it can be returned to the contractor. The following steps allow one Architect or PAD to notify another Architect or PAD that a submittal or RFI is ready for review.

To notify another Architect that a submittal or RFI is ready for review

View the submittal or RFI.

Click Notify Additional Architects.

Select the checkbox for the user you want to notify.

Click Send. The notification is sent.
