Log an RFI Review on Behalf of a Reviewer

Perform the following steps to enter an RFI review on behalf of a reviewer. This option is useful if the reviewer does not have access to ConstructEx, or when they provide you with review information outside of ConstructEx (i.e., via email).

You must be an Architect or a Design Team Project Administrator to perform this task.

To log an RFI review on behalf of a reviewer

Select the icon next to the RFI you want to enter a review for in the RFIs module.

On the View RFI page, scroll down to the Answers section and select Add Review next to the user you want to enter the review for.

On the Return RFI page, enter the answer in the Reviewer’s Answer field as needed.

Click Save to save the RFI in an open state or Return to return the RFI to the contractor.
