Link Existing Submittals to Register

There may be cases where submittals are added to the system before the Submittal Register is imported. In this case, the existing submittals need to be manually linked back to the register.

You must be a Project Administrator to perform this task.

Select Submittal Register > View All from the right navigation panel of the Submittals module.

Click the icon next to the spec section you want to link the submittal to.

Scroll to the bottom of the View Submittal Register Item page and click Link to Existing Submittal.

In the Add/Remove Submittals popup, select the checkbox for all submittals that need to be linked to the spec section.

Scroll to the bottom of the Add/Remove Submittals popup and select Update and Close.
