Link Current PDF to Existing Package

If a package (i.e., construction documents, ASI, PR, etc.) is issued and was not originally linked to the Sheet or Specification Index, you can manually link the issued package to the index.

You must be a Project Administrator to perform this task.

To link a current PDF to an existing package

Open the Sheet or Specification Index and locate the item you want to link the package to.

Click the to view the item.

In the top section of the View Sheet Index / View Specification Index page, click the Link button next to the Current File field.

Select the PDF from the Link Current PDF Drawing popup, then scroll down and click Update and Close.
