Configure Weekly Email Notification to Consultants and Owner Reviewers

An automated weekly submittal log is emailed to consultants and owner reviewers if they have any open submittals.

You must be a Project Administrator to configure the weekly submittal log email list.

To configure weekly email notification to consultants and owner reviewers

Select Administration > Module Configuration from the right navigation panel of the Submittals module.

Select On in the Weekly Email Notification to Reviewers field.

Select the day the email is sent from the Send Weekly Email Notification On dropdown.

Monday is the default delivery day.

Scroll to the bottom of the Submittal Configuration section and click Save Settings.
