Change the Category for a Closed RFI

Project Administrators can edit the category for closed RFIs without having to reopen the RFI.

To change the category for a closed RFI

Select the icon next to the closed RFI you want to change the category for in the RFIs module.

On the View RFI page, hover over the Category field and click the icon that appears.

The Category field expands to allow you to change the category. Select the checkbox for the new category and deselect the category you no longer want the RFI to be assigned to.

Click Save to save your changes.
