Notify Multiple Design Team Members of an RFI Review

As a reviewer on the design team, you automatically return an RFI to the design team leader who invited you to review the RFI. However, there may be times when you need to let additional design team members know that you are returning the RFI.

In these cases, you can use the Return with Notification option to notify other design team members, including:

Other reviewers

Architects

Design team Project Administrators (PA-D)

 

To notify additional team members of an RFI review

Use the normal review process to review the RFI.

When you are ready to return the RFI, select Return with Notification:

On the Select Users page, select the Email checkbox for any additional design team members you want to notify.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Send.
