Send a Submittal to Multiple Architects

A contractor cannot send a submittal to multiple architects. The intention is to clearly indicate whose “court” the document is in – select the architect based on who you would have couriered the submittal to in the past.

If there are multiple architects that should be aware of the submittal’s existence, you can use the Notify Additional Architects option to select the additional design team members who need to know about the submittal.
