Require a Review of Construction Phase Document Packages

When adding a construction phase document package, you can designate which users you want to confirm have reviewed the package.

To require a review of construction phase document packages

On the Add a New Package page, scroll down and select the Review Required checkbox.

Click the Add/Remove Users link and select the users who need to acknowledge reviewing the package from the Add/Remove Users dialog box. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog box and select Update and Close.

Users selected in the Review Required field are automatically added to the Notify the Following Users section at the bottom of the page.

Issue the package or save it as a draft.
