Log a Submittal Review on Behalf of a Reviewer

Perform the following steps to enter a submittal review on behalf of a reviewer. This option is useful if the reviewer does not have access to ConstructEx, or when they provide you with review information outside of ConstructEx (i.e., via email).

You must be an Architect or a Design Team Project Administrator to perform this task.

To log a submittal review on behalf of a reviewer

Select the icon next to the submittal you want to enter a review for in the Submittals module.

On the View Submittal page, scroll down to the Review History section and select Add Review next to the user you want to enter the review for.

On the Edit Returned Submittal page, scroll down and enter information in the Review Comments field as needed.

Click Save to save the submittal.
