Export Full Field Reports

The Field Report Export Full Report option allows users to download all contents of a field report (attachments, field report items, etc.) as a single file.

By default, the option is only available to Admin users. Admins can give additional user roles the ability to export full field reports by changing the Allow Users to Export Full Report settings in Field Reports Module Configuration.

To export a full field report

View a field report.

Scroll down and click Export Full Report.

The system combines the print summary of the report, any attachments and field report items into a single PDF file and makes it available for viewing and download.
