Forward an RFI to Consultants, Engineers, and Owner Reviewers

Perform the following steps to forward an RFI to a consultant, engineer or owner reviewer.

You must be an architect or design team leader to forward an RFI to a consultant, engineer or owner reviewer. Contractors and subcontractors cannot send an RFI directly to these users.

To forward an RFI to consultants, engineers and owner reviewers

Select the icon next to the RFI you want to forward in the RFIs module.

On the Forward RFI page, scroll down to the Forward RFI Information section and select the consultants, engineers and owner reviewers you want to forward the RFI to.

Because of the timeliness of RFIs the users share a due date. When this due date passes, all recipients receive a “late RFI” notification if it has not been returned.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Forward to forward the RFI.
