Forward a Submittal to Consultants, Engineers, and Owner Reviewers

Perform the following steps to forward a submittal to a consultant, engineer, or owner reviewer.

You must be an architect or design team leader to forward a submittal to a consultant, engineer, or owner reviewer. Contractors and subcontractors cannot send a submittal directly to these users.

To forward a submittal to consultants, engineers, and owner reviewers

Select the icon next to the submittal you want to forward in the Submittals module.

On the Forward Submittal page, select the consultants, engineers, and owner reviewers you want to forward the submittal to.

Each user can be assigned a different due date. When this due date passes, all recipients receive a “late submittal” notification if it has not been returned.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save to forward the submittal.

Refer to the Auto-Forward feature for information on predefining submittal distribution lists.
