Delete a Sheet or Specification Record

Perform the following steps to delete a sheet or specification record.

You must be a Project Administrator to perform this task.

For information on deleting multiple records from the index, please see Delete a Sheet or Specification Index.

To delete a sheet or specification record

Select the icon next to the record you want to delete in the Sheet Index or Specification Index module or select Delete at the bottom of the View Sheet Index or View Specification Index page.

The software confirms that the sheet/specification should be deleted prior to removing it.

Important: Once a sheet/specification is deleted, it cannot be restored. Any cross references will also be lost.
