Delete a Sheet or Specification Index

Use the Sheet or Specification Index Tools to delete multiple records from your sheet or specification index.

To delete a sheet or specification index

Select Administration > Sheet Index Tools or Specification Index Tools from the Sheet Index or Specification Index module.

At the bottom of the page, select the desired option in the Delete Sheet/Specification Index Items section:

Leave both check boxes blank to only delete unlinked and unreferenced index items.

Select Also Delete Referenced Sheet/Specification Index Items to delete index items referenced elsewhere in ConstructEx.

Select Also Delete Linked Sheet/Specification Index Items to delete index items linked to other ConstructEx items.

Select Delete, then confirm the deletion.
