Create Custom Status Types for Construction Phase Document Packages

Perform the following steps to create custom status types for construction phase document packages.

You must be a Project Administrator to create custom status types.

To create custom status types for construction phase document packages

Choose Administration > Module Configuration in the right navigation panel of the Construction Phase Documents module.

Scroll down to the Status Settings section and enter the name for the new status in the Add Document Status field.

Click the trash can icon to remove a status type.

A status type can only be deleted if no documents are associated with that status type.

Drag the crosshairs to arrange the display order.

Click Save Settings to save your changes.
