Create a Log of Open Register Items

To create a log of open register items, you must have a submittals register in place. Please click here for more information about submittal registers.

To view a list of all expected and received submittals, select the All+Expected log in the Submittals module.

For specific information on creating a custom log that includes expected and received submittals, please see Include Submittal Register Items in a Custom Log.

To create a log of open register items

Select Submittal Register > View Open List from the right navigation panel of the Submittals module.

Scroll to the bottom and select View Full Log. The system processes and presents a spreadsheet.

To adjust which columns are displayed, click the small page icon in the upper left corner to view/hide columns. Make sure to include the Open Items column.

Click on any column header to sort the data.

Once you have created the log, you can export this information to an Excel or CSV file with the buttons at the top of the interface. This allows you to add additional data, if desired. If the log is useful as-is, the printer icon will send the log to your printer.
