Configure RFI Categories
RFI categories are available for additional sorting of information. For example, a project could categorize RFIs based on Clarifications or Missing Information.
You must be a Project Administrator to add, edit or delete RFI categories.
An unlimited number of categories can be added.
Any RFI category linked to an RFI cannot be deleted.
To configure RFI categories
Select Administration > Module Configuration from the right navigation panel of the RFIs module.
Scroll down to the Category section of the page and enter the new category in the Add Category field.
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the Category section.
