Add a Comment to a Message

You can add a comment to a message posted in a Message Forum to add information to the conversation, including attaching files.

To add a comment to a message

View the message you want to comment on.

Scroll to the bottom of the View Message page and enter your comment in the Leave a Comment field.

Attach any files you want to include as part of the comment.

Select Add Comment at the bottom of the page.
