Add Drawing/Spec to Index

Perform the following steps to add a drawing sheet or specification to the Sheet Index or Specification Index.

You must be an Architect or Project Administrator to add a drawing or spec to the index.

To add a drawing sheet or spec to the index

Within the Document Management section Sheet Index or Specification Index module, click Add Sheet or Add Specification.

Fill out the Add Sheet or Add Specification page with the appropriate information.

Click Save to save the item to the index.
