Add RFI Types

Project Administrators may add/edit/delete custom RFI types through the RFIs module Module Configuration page.

Perform the following steps to add an RFI type.

To add an RFI type

Select Administration > Module Configuration from the RFIs module.

On the Module Configuration page, scroll down to the RFI Types section.

Enter a value for the new RFI type in the last field in the section and enter a prefix for the type. This prefix is automatically added to all RFIs created using the selected type.

Click Save Settings to save your changes.

You can change the order of the RFI types by dragging the crosshairs to the left of the RFI types.

Once you link an RFI to an RFI type, that RFI type can no longer be deleted.

Use the custom log feature to filter RFIs by type.
